Another $15 sale at Olive Juice with new stuff added...
Wednesday, January 30, 2013
The Olive Juice $15 sale is back again, this time with more items added! I am in love with that Amelie plaid fabric used for the dresses in the first and last row. And the corduroy Bartley skirt (here and here) at the end of the last row is a completely versatile cool weather skirt for a girl of any age. Take a minute and carefully look through the offerings... all $15 and all fabulous.

Thank you, Natalie! I just love your site. I fell in love with the plaid dress at the last $15 sale when it was still $30, and was so happy to see it further reduced. I'm wondering if you know of any companies that offer girls' tights with reinforced toes? So far, I've had the most luck with Hanna Andersson & Land's End, but if you have any other recommendations of tights that might make it successfully through three girls, I'd be REALLY interested. :) (I know that's asking a lot!)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the note, Valerie! I am with you on the plaid dress... I think it was my favorite of the whole sale. So glad you got it. As for tights, have you ever tried MP tights from Denmark? They have the best stripes ever (as well as solids, prints, cables, etc.). I have had really good luck with these as hand-me-downs; we have had lots of pairs over the past few years and no holes so far. You can find every style they make at kidsfashionbrokers.com (who has a current 15% off of $75 orders right now with code "S15"), Garnet Hill and sometimes on Amazon. I also love Melton tights, though they are really hard to find (I have found them on Gilt occasionally before). Other than that, I too like the Hanna Andersson and Lands' End tights. If I find any great deals on good tights, I will let you know!
DeleteJust found some Melton tights for a great price on Ebay here (not sure which sizes you are after):

I really hope that you need 12-24 months because these are great colors and patterns. Enjoy the weekend!
thanks, Natalie!---I'll definitely keep an eye out for those. Unfortunately, my youngest is heading quickly toward 3T, so I won't be able to take advantage of the ebay treasure trove. :)
