What time is it?

My kids have always loved watches, though due to their natural tendency to lose the said watches, I have declared an "under $10" watch policy for all people in my house under the age of 10.  I saw these great "neon mix" watches by Titanium at Nordstrom that had been marked down from $19.50 to $9.75 (with free shipping) and acted quickly as they satisfy the new policy perfectly.  I hope that someone at your house is dying to tell time for him/herself at a price that will put your mind at ease!
