Marie Curie and Rosalind Franklin always cross my mind during Nobel Prize week.  Curie for being the first woman to be awarded a Nobel Prize and Franklin because she deserved a Nobel Prize and never received it for her work describing the helical structure of DNA.  A couple of days ago I visited Marie Curie's final resting place with the kids, which bears the words at its entrance "Aux grands hommes la patrie reconnaissante" ("to the great men, a grateful homeland").  I am so glad that they included her along with all of those men (she is only one of two women buried in Paris' Pantheon and the only one buried there in recognition of her work).  I'm also glad that Peek is honoring these great women!  Both tees are $12, with the additional discount.
